Damit setzt STYRIA ein klares Zeichen in Richtung Zukunft: Klimaschutz, E-Mobilität und Lebensqualität für die Bewohner werden hier auf intelligente Weise miteinander verbunden.</p>

<div class="vc_custom_heading_wrap "><div class="heading-text el-text" ><h4 class="h4" ><span>Innovativ gebaut – mit positiver CO₂-Bilanz</span></h4></div><div class="clear"></div></div><div class="uncode_text_column" ><p>Eine Besonderheit des Projekts ist die gewählte Bauweise: Die Carports kommen ohne klassische Fundamente aus. Stattdessen wurden lediglich kleine Sockel mit Ausgleichsmasse errichtet. Die Verankerung erfolgt über Asphaltschrauben direkt im bestehenden Belag – ressourcenschonend, schnell und nahezu rückbaulos.</p>
<p>Für die Dachkonstruktion setzt man auf Leimbinder-Holz, was bereits beim Aufbau für eine <a href="https://www.aep.energy/blog/solar-carports-mit-positiver-co2-bilanz/">positive CO₂-Bilanz</a> sorgt. Die Dacheindeckung erfolgt mit Trapezblech, auf dem die PV-Module montiert werden.</p>

Besonders erfreulich für die Bewohner: Sie können den erzeugten Sonnenstrom über eine lokale Energiegemeinschaft (GEA) direkt beziehen – und das zu außergewöhnlich günstigen Konditionen.</p>
</div><div class="uncode_text_column" ><p>Denn: Netzgebühren und gesetzliche Abgaben entfallen, was bedeutet, dass der Sonnenstrom nur 16 Cent pro Kilowattstunde kostet. Zum Vergleich: Der durchschnittliche Haushaltsstrompreis liegt in Österreich derzeit deutlich höher.</p>

Der Hauptgrund für diese positive Bilanz liegt im Einsatz von Brettschichtholz (BSH), das als Baustoff CO₂ speichert. Trotz Betonfundament und Stahlbewehrung überwiegt der CO₂-Speichereffekt – der Carport wird zur <strong>aktiven CO₂-Senke</strong>.</p>

<strong>–56,94 kg CO₂ je Parkplatz</strong> – ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt für Klima und Umwelt.<br />
Die Kombination aus Holzstruktur und effizientem Materialeinsatz zahlt sich ökologisch aus.</p>
