Employee in back office (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Supporting the management and project management in day-to-day administrative business
  • Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and internal processes
  • Processing correspondence, documents and contracts
  • Supporting customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Maintenance and administration of databases and filing of documents

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HAS, office clerk apprenticeship)
  • First professional experience in the back office or assistance area an advantage
  • Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly demeanor and communicative competence
  • Interest in sustainable corporate development and enthusiasm for future topics
